About this website
The primary motivation for the existence of this website is for me to learn XHTML and CSS. I've only use pure XHTML and CSS without any browser specific codes. All standards compliant browser should be able to render this website perfectly.
The coding was done entirely with Vim on a Windows machine. In developing this website, I have used various sources on the net. The main references I used were the W3C recommendations on XHTML 1.1 and CSS2
While there is no minimum screen size requirement to view this website, anything less than 800 × 600 might result in the website to look a bit funny with things overlapping with each other. This is especially true with Internet Explorer. In fact, IE renders things rather differently than other, more standards compliant browsers. Nevertheless, this website should look legible in it.
This is version 2.0 of the website. The major inclusion that I plan for version 3.0 is PHP scripting.
What is "Nxva"?
Elementary, dear Watson! It is simply my name, written using ROT13 encryption. Clever huh?
Known problems
Although "modern" browsers should have no problems with this site, I am aware that web browsers using the older KHTML layout engine (e.g. Konqueror 3.1) are choking on this site. I think it's because of the JavaScript codes I used. If anyone can help me solve this problem, I'd be grateful to them. The newer Konqueror 3.2 and Safari seem to have no problems, though. Except that they insist in italicising the acronym tags.
And talking about JavaScript, the implementation I'm using (found from browsing the web) is still buggy and may not work on all platform. Thus, you might be get the Flat style even though you've got more than 24-bit colour depth. Again, if someone can help with this problem, it'd be great.
If you have a ridiculously high resolution monitor, the menu might cross the bottom footer section for the pages with little text. I could tweak the CSS to fix this, but for now, it'll have to do.
